Buyers of any size can browse our marketplace and post a campaign to attract the best service providers to work for them and run their campaign. We break down the entire Callbit experience into 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Post your campaign. Explain the full details of your campaign, for example: Do you need a call center for inbound or outbound calls. Does this center need to handle a marketing process or technical support process? Do you need bilingual speaking agents? Is there a specific geolocation of the call center required for this task? Once you determine and advertise 100% of your campaign details it is time to post.
Step 2: Watch as service providers send you offers to become your company’s dedicated vendor. Buyers determine whether they want to work with none, one or as many of the service providers as they please. This is totally up to you.
Buyer and seller contact information (number and email) is not revealed without paying a modest fee (this fee helps Callbit operate it’s platform and cover costs like payroll and web hosting). Buyers can “like” offers they receive and they’re interested in or go ahead and pay to see the seller’s contact information revealed. The same goes for Sellers or service providers. The call center can pay to see the buyer’s contact information.
Step 3: If contact information is revealed Callbit will also unlock a messaging feature for both the buyer (company who posted the campaign) and seller (Call center service provider) to communicate directly on our platform.
